Why you need vision... Maybe this has happened to you before? You come up with an idea you are passionate about and start working on it, only to find that someone else is doing something similar. Alarm bells go off, you hit the panic button and right then, you are thrown out of your element. How dare someone else work on your idea? This is exactly why vision is so important. Your vision is a personal expression of what value YOU think should be present in this world. It is something that gets you going, and you believe in and is rarely almost never the same as someone else’s vision. So why are you letting someone else stop you from doing what you love? I don’t want you to quit because there was an innocence where your idea came from. If you know what the vision means to you, and you keep that front and center - you won't be affected by what others are doing. You will do what your vision is and it'll really make your work life fun. So, make sure you know why you are getting up in the morning and that you love it!

This is our tribute to you – the ideator who has persisted and worked to take that idea beyond toying stage and made it into something real. We think this showcase is the best of both worlds.
